Organisation and Team

The Aline Foundation is a foundation governed by Swiss law, with its registered office in Lucerne. It is entered in the register of foundations of the Federal Department of Home Affairs and is subject to supervision by the Swiss Federal Supervisory Authority for Foundations in Bern. By decision of 18 May 2020, it was recognised as a public-benefit organisation. Donations made to the Aline Foundation are tax-deductible throughout Switzerland.

The supreme governing body of the Foundation is the Foundation Board, which consists of three members who serve on a voluntary basis. The Board assumes overall strategic responsibility, decides on the projects to be supported, and ensures that funds are used efficiently and in accordance with the Foundation’s objectives. The Foundation Board guarantees the independence of the Foundation and actively works to prevent any conflicts of interest.

The administrative management and all administrative tasks have been delegated on a voluntary basis to our neutral partner, Fineva AG, a multi-family office based in Lucerne.

Corinne Bachmann

Chair of the Foundation Board

Since March 2023, Corinne Bachmann has served as a member of the Board of Trustees of Fondation Aline and assumed the role of President of the Board of Trustees in January 2025. With a strong background in banking, advanced studies in General Management (HF), more than 20 years of experience in compliance and multi-client family office services, and an Executive MBA with a specialisation in Risk Management and Compliance completed in 2025, she brings extensive professional expertise and leadership experience to her role. Her personal connection to the foundation is also particularly valuable: having known Aline Studhalter personally, she feels a strong connection to her values and to the foundation’s mission.

Alexandra Castro Paiva

Foundation Board Member

Since January 2025, Alexandra Castro has served as a member of the Board of Trustees of Fondation Aline. With a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing Science, professional experience in a hospital environment, and a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Governance in Healthcare, she brings sound knowledge and practical experience from the healthcare sector to her role. She is currently working in a multi-client family office, further broadening her profile through valuable experience in a diverse professional environment. At the same time, she is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Law, adding legal expertise to her skill set. Through this combination of experience in healthcare, governance, family office services and law, she contributes a broad and interdisciplinary perspective to the work of the foundation.

Jérémy Studhalter

Foundation Board Member

Jérémy Studhalter serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of Fondation Aline. With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, specialising in Management, from the University of Lucerne, as well as many years of experience in the fields of multi-client family office services, real estate and portfolio management, he brings strong professional expertise and leadership skills to his role. His profile is further complemented by several board mandates, through which he continues to gain valuable experience in corporate management and governance. His personal connection to the foundation is particularly meaningful to his work at Fondation Aline: as the son of Aline Studhalter, he feels a deep connection to her values and to the foundation’s mission.
